Povestea noastră începe în 1997 la Pașcani, județul Iași, când datorită unei pasiuni imense pentru croitorie, design și atenție la detalii, am început să construim Lidia Mod Collection (astăzi Lizzet) ca o afacere de familie.
De atunci ne-am dezvoltat prin învățare continuă, interacțiune directă cu clienții și o dedicare către această meserie minunată – croitoria.
Am ajuns astăzi, de la câteva modele de rochii, la o gamă variată de ținute de poveste, ce se completează perfect unele pe altele și fac din persoana ce le poartă personajul principal al oricărei ocazii: costume office, rochii de gală, mantouri de iarnă și o gamă variată de pantaloni și rochii casual. Toate aceste creații vestimentare deosebite îmbină stilul clasic cu un twist modern, fiecare colecție incluzând atât piese care nu se demodează niciodată, cât și articole care corespund tendințelor modei actuale .
În 2018, după 21 de ani de Lidia Mod, am decis să începem un nou capitol, lansând Lizzet – o viziune nouă, plină de eleganță și feminitate. Lizzet suntem tot noi, tot din Pașcani, la fel de pasionați și de ambițioși, mai creativi și mai deschiși către noile tehnologii și procese tehnologice.
La manufactura pentru paltoane folosim stofa 80% lână import Italia, care se comporta foarte bine in timp si nu se scamoseaza. Captuseala folosita este din satin gros, pe care il matlasăm pe spate pentru un plus de confort termic. Am investit in utilaje pe partea de finisaje, butoniere, nasturi, tot ce ține de felul cum se prezinta produsele la gata si putem spune ca ne mandrim cu finisaje de calitate.
Tiparele le-am imbunatatit in timp si continuam sa le adaptam cu fiecare model pe care il producem, prin prototipuri initiale, ajustarea lor prin probe si refacerea prototipurilor iar si iar, până când suntem mulțumite de ceea ce a ieșit.
Pe partea de probă/fitting ne ajută foarte mult si faptul că avem magazinul propriu și mereu suntem in contact direct cu doamnele care ne aleg iar si iar.
Pentru produsele noastre office cum ar fi pantaloni , fuste si sacouri clasice, materialul de baza folosit este gabardinul. Un material foarte rezistent in timp, care nu se rareste la purtat, nu face genunchi si poate fi curățat la masină cu usurintă. Acestea ar putea, desigur sa fie doar vorbe in vânt, dacă ar fi spuse doar de noi, dar confirmarea o gasim in clientele care revin sa mai caute o alta culoare, sau să mai vadă ce altceva mai avem in gama de produse, pentru că au fost plăcut surprinse de ce au achizitionat.
La gama de rochii materialele sunt foarte diverse, astfel incat pentru rochiile de zi, optam pentru materiale naturale, cum ar fi in-ul, bumbac-ul, viscoza, rayon. Aceste tesaturi sunt mai usor de suportat pe piele in timpul verii, sporind astfel confortul clientelor noastre. Cu totii stim ca pentru a avea succes e necesar sa te pregatesti temeinic. Și felul cum esti imbracata vorbeste comunitatii in care activezi, despre succesul personal, pune in evidență atuurile tale si te face să te simți încrezătoare. Atunci când te simti confortabil si in largul tău, încrederea în sine crește iar tu poți manifesta tot ceea ce iți dorești cu ușurință.
Pentru rochiile de ocazie folosim atât dantele lucrate manual cat si dantele mai putin elaborate. Aceste aspecte se reflectă in preț, indiferent de produs. Cu cât materialul este mai calitativ si manopera mai elaborată, cu atât produsul este mai scump. Rochii de prințesă din tulle, sau rochii de mătase , rochii de ocazie , rochii tip sirenă, rochii cu spatele gol sau rochii cu corset, rochii xxl și putem realiza orice tip de rochii atât la comandă cât si in colecțiile noastre.
De-a lungul timpului ceea ce am facut a fost sa răspundem nevoilor clienților noștri. Uneori asta ne-a lăsat poate mai puțin loc pentru creativitate, cu toate acestea insă, am venit in fiecare sezon cu propuneri noi pentru clientele noastre si am avut parte de feedback pozitiv si extinderea clientelei.
Segmentul de piață plus-size (marimile mari) este din ce in ce mai extins, iar noi am mizat pe acest segment incă de la lansarea site-ului. Este în continuare un segment nu foarte exploatat in România pentru că silueta se deformează și nu mai păstrează proporțiile, fiind destul de greu să faci gradarea produsului pe mărimi. Fiind producători de îmbrăcăminte știm că atunci când o clientă achiziționează un produs de pe site-ul nostru, ea cumpăra in prima fază o poză. Pozele afișate pe site sunt conforme cu produsul, nefiind modificate formele modelului sau alte detalii pentru a induce in eroare sau a prezenta o imagine falsă asupra produsului. Încă de la inceput am fost sinceri cu clientele noastre, ca ceea ce văd să fie conform cu ceea ce primesc, iar asta a dus la fidelizarea clientelei si la creșterea ei, clientele mulțumite fiind cea mai bună reclamă din teren.
Croitoria, este o meserie cu tradiție pe plan local, dar si național, iar noi ne dorim sa ducem mai departe această meserie, si să facem un trai decent din ea, atat pentru noi cat si pentru angajatii noștri, si de ce nu pentru comunitatea in care ne aflăm. Aceasta este provocarea noastră, iar pentru a ne perfecționa ne prezentăm in fiecare dimineață la serviciu.
